When we come in contact one of my first few questions is if you have a theme in mind and if you have any inspo pictures. I always try to ask for photos of the area you'll be placing the balloons so I can custom design a mockup for you to preview your balloons. I do this so you know what to expect and sometimes our ideas just don't turn out how we picture them in our head so it's nice to see them before it's done on the day of the event!
